上述現象基本(ben)可以判定故障(zhang)來自燃油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)的控制電路。經檢查發(fa)現位于(yu)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)艙的保(bao)(bao)險(xian)盒中(zhong)31號燃油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲(si)熔斷。換上新(xin)的保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲(si),打開點(dian)火開關(不啟動(dong)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)),聽到燃油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)有(you)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)的聲因,但運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)幾秒鐘(zhong)就(jiu)停轉(zhuan)(zhuan)了,同時,啟動(dong)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)時還不著車,出油(you)(you)管也不出油(you)(you),再(zai)看保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲(si)又(you)熔斷了;再(zai)換上保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲(si),以上現象重(zhong)復出現。用中(zhong)間加裝保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲(si)的導(dao)線(xian)直(zhi)接把蓄電池(chi)與燃油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)正極線(xian)連接起來,油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)約幾秒鐘(zhong)又(you)停轉(zhuan)(zhuan),導(dao)線(xian)上的保(bao)(bao)險(xian)絲(si)熔斷。
人身險絲易擊穿表示氣助力(li)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)用(yong)(yong)電輸(shu)(shu)電線(xian)路有搭鐵(tie)跡(ji)象(xiang)。并(bing)且從助力(li)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)應該正常(chang)的工作的跡(ji)象(xiang)發(fa)展,搭鐵(tie)連接(jie)并(bing)不(bu)在氣助力(li)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)正極輸(shu)(shu)電線(xian)路,出現(xian)虛(xu)接(jie)座位或者使用(yong)(yong)家電。用(yong)(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)(yong)表體檢,測(ce)定氣助力(li)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)電感(gan)的內阻(zu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)小,相近(jin)出現(xian)虛(xu)接(jie),取下箱(xiang)體內,發(fa)展箱(xiang)體內里是(shi)(shi)(shi)臟(zang)。原來是(shi)(shi)(shi)幕后黑手(shou)只是(shi)(shi)(shi)這(zhe)膠狀臟(zang)物。
在(zai)換掉0號柴(chai)油(you)空氣濾芯(xin)器和洗滌液壓油(you)箱并換掉柴(chai)油(you)泵后,報警徹底消(xiao)除是排除。
